DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
At present, we only provide shipping within the UK and have no immediate plans to expand to international shipping.
CAN I HAVE A REFUND?
The eligibility for a refund will be determined by the reason provided. Each refund request will be thoroughly reviewed, although a refund cannot always be guaranteed. Refunds are not granted for changes of mind or taste, unless there is a quality concern.

I NEED TO CANCEL MY ORDER
Orders can be cancelled only if the picking and packing process has not begun. To cancel your order, please send an email with your order number to Hello@littleleessweeties.co.uk.
MY ORDER WAS MISSING SOME SWEETS
There could be several reasons for this issue. We strive to maintain our inventory as current as possible, but this doesn't guarantee the availability of every selected sweet. We manage our stock across various platforms, and occasionally, discrepancies occur. Should you find a sweet missing from your order, we will compensate by increasing the quantity of another sweet you have chosen.
If this item was inadvertently omitted from your order, we can either issue a refund or resend the item to you.

HOW DO I EARN POINTS?
Every order you place will accrue points in your account, which can be applied to subsequent orders to lower the cost or even obtain items for free.
Make sure to register for an account and sign in before checking out to ensure you receive the points.
To redeem your points, you can click "Click here to redeem" on the checkout page.
Should you forget to log in at checkout and miss out on earning points, simply email us at Hello@littleleessweeties.co.uk with your order number within 24 hours of placing your order, and we will credit the points to your account.
HOW DO I ORDER FOR LOCAL DELIVERY?
You may place your order through our website as usual. Upon reaching our checkout page, you'll be prompted to enter your address. If your address falls within our local delivery coverage area, you will have the option to receive free delivery of your sweets.
Kindly be advised that our delivery hours are from 14:00 to 21:00, Monday through Friday. You cannot select your time slot. Orders must be placed by 1pm for same-day delivery. Any orders received after 1pm will be delivered on the following working day.
MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED
When you place an order on our website, Royal Mail is our exclusive shipping provider.
We provide two shipping options: Tracked 48 and Tracked 24. Although Royal Mail strives to deliver within 48 or 24 hours, delivery within this timeframe is not guaranteed.
Please allow 5 working days for your order to arrive before reaching out to us.
Should your package not arrive after 5 working days, kindly contact us via email at Hello@littleleessweeties.co.uk.
WHY DO YOU NOT PUT THE INGREDIENTS ON YOUR PRODUCTS?
Listing each ingredient on our products would significantly extend the time required beyond what is available in a day, resulting in considerable delays to your order.

Legally, only pre-packaged items or those packaged prior to sale are required to display full ingredients on the packaging. Our pick and mix sweets are not pre-packaged; they are all packaged upon order, including the "pre-mixed" or "set mixes."

Nonetheless, we provide a list of every pick and mix sweet we sell. For ingredient details, you can refer to our 100g portions page or email us, and we will respond within 48 hours.
DO YOU PROVIDE SWEETS FOR CERTAIN DIETARY NEEDS?
Our selection includes a variety of sweets that are gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, and more. Although we are diligent in preparing our sweets, they are all packaged in the same facility.

For those with severe dietary restrictions, we recommend not placing an order. However, you are welcome to email us with your specific needs, and we will strive to accommodate them.
Please be aware that you are ultimately responsible for your own dietary requirements, and we assume no liability for any negative reactions that may arise from our product, as we have provided clear warnings.
