Our Process
Our goal is to dispatch all orders received before 12pm from Monday to Friday on the same day. However, this is not guaranteed and processing your order may take up to 48 hours, depending on our current workload. Should we not dispatch your order within 48 hours, we will provide a full refund for the shipping charges.
WE DO NOT SHIP ON SATURDAY OR SUNDAY.
Examples
An order placed Monday at 11:59 will be sent out on the Monday.
An order placed Monday at 12:01 will be sent out on the Tuesday.
An order placed Friday at 12:01 will be sent out the following Monday.
Please Note:
All orders made via our website are sent out using Royal Mail’s tracked service options of 24 or 48 hours. However, please be aware that these services are not guaranteed, and it’s possible that your order could take longer to arrive. We recommend allowing up to five working days for delivery. You also have the option to track your package through your account page.
Please be aware that during peak periods, such as Halloween and Christmas, we cannot guarantee timely delivery of packages. We recommend ordering well in advance to prevent any disappointment as we will take no responsibility for any delayed packages and will not issue any refunds unless the fault is our own.
