Our Process
All orders placed before 12:00 Monday – Friday will be posted the same day, all orders placed after 12:00 will be shipped the next working day.
WE DO NOT SHIP ON SATURDAY OR SUNDAY.
If you would like your order to be expedited (posted the same day after 12:00) then please email us. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to meet this request but will do what we can to help.
Examples
An order placed Monday at 11:59 will be sent out on the Monday.
An order placed Monday at 12:01 will be sent out on the Tuesday.
An order placed Friday at 12:01 will be sent out the following Monday.

All orders places through our website are shipped via a Royal Mail tracked service (24hr/48hr) These services are NOT guaranteed and you order may take longer to arrive. Please allow 3 full working days for your order to arrive. You can also track your package in your account page.
