Our Process
Orders placed before 12:00 PM from Monday to Friday will be dispatched on the same day, while orders placed after 12:00 PM will be sent out on the next business day.
WE DO NOT SHIP ON SATURDAY OR SUNDAY.
Should you wish to have your order expedited (dispatched on the same day after 12:00), kindly email us. While we cannot assure that we will fulfil this request, we will endeavor to assist you as much as possible.
Examples
An order placed Monday at 11:59 will be sent out on the Monday.
An order placed Monday at 12:01 will be sent out on the Tuesday.
An order placed Friday at 12:01 will be sent out the following Monday.

All orders placed through our website are dispatched using Royal Mail’s tracked service (24hr/48hr). Please note that these services are not guaranteed, and your order may take longer to arrive. We advise allowing 5 working days for delivery. Additionally, you can track your package on your account page.
